1 install both Online interiors and Open All interiors
2 with a trainer (recommend Enhanced native trainer), set load online map to true
3 press scroll lock to reload mods
4 teleport to a location like the biker warehouse to get the office to load properly
5 the office should now be spawned in
6 if so, SAVE YOUR GAME!
