GTA 5 Social Club Offline Mode Fix

This is a fix for people who run GTAV and Social Club runs in offline mode. I had this problem for a while and the 3-4 steps works for me.

1.) Delete Social Club Folder From Documents.

2.) Set Steam as Administrator

3.) Reinstall GTAV Social Club

4.)Go on Steam then to games then right click GTAV and go to launch options and enter -scOnlineOnly

5.) Go to the installtion directory of GTAV and find commandline.txt or make that text file and enter -scOnlineOnly
